Shipping and Processing
We process and ship orders from our studio in Ft Lauderdale during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns
If you do not feel that your purchase from the Will Randall website has lived up to your expectations simply return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be in new, unworn and unused condition.
Only regular priced items, purchased on the WIll Randall website may be returned. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 15 days of receipt.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Designed Local and manufactured globally mainly in Thailand... Waterproof and Tarnish Free...tested under the Bright Sun, Sandy Beaches and Salty Oceans...Safe for swimming and Sunbathing...
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
