We process and ship orders from our studio in Ft Lauderdale during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If you do not feel that your purchase from Will Randall has lived up to your expectations simply return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be in new, unworn and unused condition.

Only regular priced items, purchased on the WIll Randall website may be returned. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 15 days of receipt.
